General Hospital Spoilers: Are Ric and Elizabeth Getting Back Together? The Fans Are Divided

General Hospital: Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst)

General Hospital spoilers report Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) may not be on the same page about everything, but the fans are questioning whether their paths are already crossing in ways that are going to bind them all over again. Toxic or not, these two had quite the relationship back in the day.

Their marriage ended beyond badly, but it seems like Elizabeth has forgiven Ric for his missteps over the years. I suppose she had to in order to move forward with her life.

But that doesn’t mean she’s forgotten all that he did to her. Does everyone else remember that embolism she suffered from because Ric was slipping her birth control pills without her knowledge or consent to convince her she couldn’t get pregnant?

Yikes! Somehow this guy still has a license to practice law. But does he still have Elizabeth’s attention and affection?

General Hospital Spoilers — Ric Plays a Good Game

Showing up at the hospital with flowers in hand was a nice touch. Elizabeth was courteous enough to accept them to her patients, but clear that she still had boundaries in place with Ric.

Still, he could probably tell from their first encounter that Elizabeth wasn’t quite as angry with him as she used to be. When he first walked into the hospital, she was with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) — who took a much different approach to welcoming him. The contract between her and Elizabeth was clear. Has Liz gone soft?

GH Spoilers Hint Elizabeth is Vulnerable

Maybe Elizabeth just isn’t thinking clearly right now. She’s been through quite a lot, after all. Losing Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) still haunts the corners of her mind.

The break-up with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was painful, and she’s missing Violet Finn (Jophielle Love), no doubt. She hasn’t seen her eldest son, Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) since earlier this year, and now she’s about to send her middle son, Jake Spencer (Hudson West) off to another country.

Elizabeth is battling quite a lot of heartache on her own. Will Ric pretend to provide a safe space? Will she fall for it?

General Hospital Spoilers — The Wheels of Justice Continue to Turn

Ric is pressing Elizabeth to go with him to the authorities and confess what they saw on the footbridge. Witnessing Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) throwing a gun into the waters below was the last thing they thought they would stumble upon that night as they walked off their ice cream treat.

Elizabeth seems less than thrilled with the idea, and Ric is clearly already up to no good in seeking to turn his other ex-wife in for something she may not have done.

You know what they say about people who make assumptions. Still, he may be able to convince Elizabeth to go all in with him on this, and it could lead to them feeling like they’re on a team for the first time in a long time — once again with many against them.

Will that push them together, or pull them further apart? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
