Taking a step back, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) looked all too guilty. She was the usual suspect.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) pushed Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin), and he agreed. Sheila was taken in for questioning, but no police station scenes followed, and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) announced that Sheila was cleared.
Using the Il Giardino setting was smart because it is a standard setting that many residents in this Los Angeles, California, setting frequent. Plus, linking Deacon and Sheila, who is this soap’s most unusual, or fitting, pairing depending upon one’s perspective, was smart plotting.
While the audience does not have enough information to know for sure, it feels like Poppy is merely in the second position as a falsely accused suspect.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Poppy Nozawa Was Telling The Truth
Poppy was unsure that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was Luna’s father. But she felt pretty sure about it.
So, Poppy kept Luna’s paternity a secret for twenty years because that was the world she knew. Park’s character felt she had created a good life for Luna and wanted to protect her from that change.
But Poppy was also afraid to confirm her hoped-for outcome that Bill was Luna’s father. If Poppy is telling the truth and did not kill Tom, her defensive behavior will be justified. She would also gain Luna and Bill’s deeper trust. Unless Li is the killer, Poppy may earn some points with her estranged sister.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Katie Logan Is Determined
Katie is acting on Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) behalf. But, as Poppy suspects, Tom’s character still loves Bill to a certain degree.
It is difficult to determine whether Katie desires to reunite with Bill. That might not be possible if Poppy proves innocent because Katie’s suspicions will stain her reputation and make her look petty and jealous.
RJ wants to protect Luna. His awareness of Tom’s role in Poppy’s past life and his relay of that information to his aunt increase the drama, which is one part of what makes this an intriguing storyline.
