The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers indicate that Luna was devastated when she learned she had slept with Zende. Luna and RJ had just taken their relationship to the next level and she had no intention of being with anyone else.
However, Luna was so out of it from the drugs that she was seeing RJ even though he wasn’t there.
Once Luna learned the truth she was furious with her mother. How could Poppy be so irresponsible? Poppy knew that she was taking something besides regular mints and had never told Luna this.
Luna felt that Poppy had ruined her life and she wanted her to pay. Luna truly wanted nothing to do with her mother at that time because she and RJ almost broke up.

Luna had begged her mother for years to come clean about who her father was. Poppy would always brush Luna off and insist that it didn’t matter. However, Luna resented the fact that they barely got by when her father could have been a part of her life. Even Luna knew that her mother’s excuses were lame. Perhaps Luna decided to do a DNA test of her own and figured out that Bill was not her father and decided to change that. After all, her mother had ruined her life, why should Luna be worried about ruining Poppy’s life as well. Didn’t Poppy deserve to pay?

Luna wanted to keep Bill in her life and she knew Katie Logan (Heather Tom) was determined to not let that happen. However, why should she pay for her mother’s mistakes? Perhaps framing Poppy for murder would put her away for good so she would stop messing up Luna’s life once and for all. Would Luna take such drastic measures to pay her mother back?
