Meanwhile, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) knows her life will end. However, a clue to her coming rescue was heard when she screamed for Finn to help her, and he spoke about going to see Luna at her apartment.

Being charged with the murder of two men seemed like the most horrible development imaginable. But then there’s sweet, slight, apparently wonderful Luna.

Poppy will be inconsolable when she eventually learns that her daughter framed her. That projects to happen when Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) tells Poppy that Luna claimed that she admitted to killing Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Paul Hollis Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers).

Is it possible that Luna will capture Finn when he goes to her apartment?

Steffy would have to be asleep for him not to hear her. She has repeatedly and loudly implored anyone to rescue her to date. However, the demolition signs posted on what is now just Luna’s apartment building could ward Finn off.

Luna would have to knock Finn out before he entered her apartment because of the cage. That very soapy prop is magnificent, as elements like that make this drama so deliciously compelling.

Viewers would likely see the endgame if Luna were forced to put Finn in the cage with Steffy. She probably wouldn’t kill either character off as they are main players, with Wood’s persona being a legacy character.

Finn is the most likely person to find clues that break this case. He is Luna’s cousin and had a good relationship with her when they were younger.

He has a plausible reason to visit her, which is Poppy’s predicament. Finn will walk into a dangerous scenario if he makes it to Luna’s apartment and into her apartment. But Steffy will need to hear Finn coming and call out to him.

This storyline will be extended unless Finn realizes a breakthrough. But if he does, then at least an initial flashpoint, if not an actual climax, will follow.
