Haley Pullos

General Hospital Spoilers indicate that Haley Pullos, former Molly Lansing Davis, is happily stepping out with a friend shortly after her release from prison for a felony DUI. Haley was nothing but smiles as she stepped out on the town with a friend on Thursday, August 8.

This was one of the first times Haley has been photographed in public since her release.

Haley Pullos Spend Three Months In Jail

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Haley was released last month after spending three months behind bars for a crime that took place in April 2023.

Haley first pled not guilty and later pled guilty to reduced charges. After serving her time, Haley appeared before the judge where she got a stern warning. The Judge was not easy on her when he gave his remaining sentence.

Haley may be out of jail but she is far from out of trouble. Haley still has to do 200 hours of community service and she is on probation for five years as well.

This is a very light sentence compared to what Haley could have been stuck with. Hopefully no more issues will crop up to upset her sentence.

General Hospital Spoilers: Haley Pullos Still Has Counseling Too

““Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program and continuing private counseling,” Haley‘s lawyer Dan Melnick told People after her court appearance. “

Nancy Lee Grahn shared her thoughts on Haley’s jail time, “As Haley’s TV mom I can tell some truths about her as I’ve loved her since she was little girl,” Nancy tweeted. “She made a HUGE mistake, knows it, owns it & has spent the last yr doing EVERYTHING imaginable to take responsibility 4 it. It’s not that I oppose jail. It’s that I oppose this jail.”

GH Spoilers: Haley Received A Stern Warning From The Judge

Haley received a lot of stipulations from the judge when she was released. On top of her sentence she was warned to to drink and drive again. Haley could have taken someone’s life that night and this would have been a whole different scenario. Haley luckily only had to answer for one of three charges that night.

Haley lost her license because of this incidence and was also warned that is she was in another accident that was DUI related she would be charged with murder if someone died.

This may seen unfair to some but to other who have lost loved ones in this type of accident, it is exactly what she deserved. Hopefully, Haley and her friends are making sure to stay away from the alcohol.
