Days Of Our Lives Spoiler: Deidre Hall Talks Hattie Adams Return & How “Delicious” It Is To Be New Partners In Crime With Leo Stark

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that Deidre Hall has built an iconic soap career thanks to her portrayal of Dr. Marlena Evans on the soap. Still, Doc isn’t the only legendary character the actress has played on Salem over the years.

Hattie Adams recently made an explosive return on DOOL, and Hall sat down with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) to chat about this fun comeback.

Days Spoilers: Deidre Hall Is Thrilled To Have Hattie Adams Back

DOOL spoilers note that Hattie will take center stage in storylines now that she’s part of the Body & Soul cast. Hall states that she loves Hattie, and loves, “… playing her because it’s such a break from — I’m trying to search for the right words — the appropriate, competent, predictable part of Marlena gets flung aside, and here comes Hattie.

So, I get to do all the things that I would never ever consider doing as Marlena because they would be too disturbing.”

DOOL Spoilers: Deidre Hall On Having A “New” Partner In Crime

Hall reflected on some memorable moments from Hattie’s past, noting that the scenes between Adams and Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) were fun together to play, especially the ones where they got “drunk together”.

The conversation turned to Hattie’s new (scene) partner in crime, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). Evans states that there’s a lot of depth to the relationship between him and Hattie as Marlena is his therapist.

Hall adds it’s been great working with Leo on this level, stating, “I adore him. I absolutely adore him.” She notes that the two had lunch a couple of times before entering this new story, so they could talk and “… carve out a separate relationship. We were both very excited to be playing together.”

Hall goes on to say that Leo and Hattie’s adventures will be a fun watch for fans, stating, “It’s so delicious. And, of course, the more Hattie flirts with him, the more appalled he is.

The joy about working with Greg is that he’s so naturally hilarious, and he finds any sort of joke in any sort of moment.”
