Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that the land of Salem is a revolving door. One minute a character is here, the next they are gone, and more often than not, they end up returning once again at some point!

There have been some incredible character comeback news recently, with Sami Brady set to hit the canvas sometime in 2025, as the legendary Alison Sweeney will reprise her infamous Salem role; however, it sounds like Sami is not the only major return fans should brace themselves for.

DOOL Spoilers: A Very Brady Return!

Actor Kyle Lowder recently revealed via social media that he was back on set, filming some scenes. Lowder plays Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Roman Brady’s (Josh Taylor) son, Rex Brady.

He jumped into the role in 2018, and last appeared in Salem in 2023. Before his Rex recast, Lowder was once Brady Black, from 2000-2005, on the soap. Of course, Eric Martsolf was placed in the role in 2008, and he, as well as fans, have never looked back!

Lowder also happens to be a TV news anchor for Reno, Nevada’s KTVN. Still, what will bring Rex back to town? Fans will have to tune in to see!

DOOL spoilers suggest that Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain) whipped into town on Friday, August 16, extremely excited to see Abigail DiMera (last played by Marci Miller), as it’s been discovered that she is alive and well.

While the mystery woman (AnnaLynne McCord) passed her DNA test with flying colors, linking her to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), genetically, after Friday’s show, fans aren’t so convinced that said mystery lady is Abigail DiMera after all.

AnnaLynne’s character placed a shady phone call to “someone” stating that everything is moving forward as planned, during the close of the August 16 episode. Who is she working for?

Regardless, as quickly as they swung into town, J&J is leaving. Ashford and McClain’s latest run has ended, and the super couple will head back to Boston on Monday, August 19.
