According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Summer Newman takes her mom Phyllis Summers’ advice. She’s been relying on her mom for advice on her custody dispute with Kyle. She believes Harrison shouldn’t be around Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
But the last person she should turn to is her mother. Phyllis lost her son to his non-biological father. She thinks she’s an expert on the law and custody issues. Summer could risk retaining any relationship with Harrison. Summer revealed to Kyle that she’s been shopping around for judges.

This could be his way to remove his ex-wife from his life. The only reason he’s still connected to his ex-wife is because of their custody agreement. Tara is the one person who can solve his problem with Summer. Y&R viewers wouldn’t be surprised if he went there because he has wanted revenge lately.
However, this plan could backfire on Kyle. It could cause him more pain in his life. He could end up losing his son for good. The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that if Kyle were to bring Tara back, he wouldn’t just hurt Summer; he would also hurt and confuse his son.
