Billy doesn’t get along with Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) and feels things will go smoother like this. Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has decided to join Billy or at least she says she has.

Lily has talked with Jill and knows her feelings about this situation. Lily could be Jill’s person on the ground who is helping Jill to orchestrate this takeover with Victor.
