Billy doesn’t get along with Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) and feels things will go smoother like this. Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has decided to join Billy or at least she says she has.
Lily has talked with Jill and knows her feelings about this situation. Lily could be Jill’s person on the ground who is helping Jill to orchestrate this takeover with Victor.

Victor hates Billly and will do whatever he can to make sure that he fails at this new venture Unfortunately, it seems that Jill is right there working with Victor.

Jill may feel that Billy needs to learn this lesson and back Victor’s attempt to teach him something. However, Jill’s health is a big issue and she may never be able to come back to work.
