For those who follow Jeremy and Audrey, they know that they are constantly talking about natural healing and things such as grounding. Their children often go on hikes without shoes on as a way to get closer to the earth.

Grounding has gotten a lot of hate and Jeremy and Audrey’s followers have shown concern about their kids not wearing shoes so much. Isabel decided to share her take on grounding and it was surprising to read.

When Isabel was asked by her fans if she practiced grounding, she wrote, “This is not meant to offend anyone at all… but I kind of hate these questions, nothing against the person asking it, but how have we like make walking barefoot a trend?

This is a pet peeve of mine. I grew up in the country and running around barefoot was the norm. No need for a fancy name to make people feel like they’re doing some special.” She went on to say that she does walk around barefoot and that does connect her with the earth.

How Would Jeremy Reply?

As soon as Redditors saw her post, they were quick to share it with others. These Redditors applauded Isabel for sharing her opinion about grounding and what it really is. They also pointed out that she is actually addressing Jeremy and Audrey and calling them out.

This is something that the Redditors were excited to see. Jeremy has been calling walking barefoot ‘grounding’ for years and these Redditors wrote about how much it annoys them too.
