The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers reveal that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) recently flipped out over a pregnancy scare after sleeping with Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz).

However, it seems that an illness could turn Luna’s word upside down. What if Luna’s sickness is far more dangerous than a pregnancy.

Could Luna Nozawa Be Gravely Ill?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers suggest that Luna could be very sick and not even know it. Luna has been feeling very sick and very tired lately.

The first thing that popped into her mind was an unwanted pregnancy. However, those symptoms could mean many things that are a lot more life threatening.

Luna has taken a pregnancy test which has come back negative. However, if the symptoms continue, Luna may consult one of the doctors in her family to get to the bottom of things.

Of course, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) could mention it to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) out of concern for Luna’s health.

B&B Spoilers: Li Finnegan May Help John Finnegan

Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) dislikes both Poppy and Luna. However, Li may find herself helping Finn find a cure for whatever is going on with Luna. Perhaps this is a way to introduce another storyline to give Finn something go do other than Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) rants about staying away from Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

Finn and Li could also put enough pressure on Poppy to force her to reveal Luna’s paternity if she is gravely ill too. Perhaps Luna will need some kind of transfusion or transplant that only her father can provide. Will Poppy provide the information about Luna’s father in order to save Luna’s life?

Luna has tried repeatedly to get her mother to reveal that identity of her father. However, Poppy has refused to give her this information.

Would an illness be enough for Poppy to finally tell Luna the truth about her father? Will Poppy still try to withhold the information and ignore her daughter’s needs?

On thing is for sure, if Luna is sick and in need of help, it could certainly test her relationship with RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman). Luna and RJ love each other but are they ready for in sickness as well as in health?

Will Zende try to step in once again and come between RJ and Luna again? Will Luna finally know who her father is after all this time?
