Matt Roloff suggested the family drama is to blame for the demise of their reality show. Little People, Big World is on the brink of cancellation. Season 25 wrapped up on Tuesday, April 23. However, some fans noted that it felt more like a series finale rather than a season finale.

Amy Roloff confirmed production hasn’t begun for the new season. Yet, that’s expected to change. TLC hasn’t renewed the show for another season. Matt shared his thoughts on the show’s future. Keep on reading to learn more.

Matt Roloff Addresses LBPW’s Future

Little People, Big World star Matt Roloff loves interacting with fans on social media. He shared his candid thoughts about Season 26. In a series of new comments on his Facebook page, he addressed the show’s future. He seemingly suggested that his family drama could cause its demise.

Fans wonder if the show can continue without Matt and Amy Roloff’s kids on the show. Tori and Zach Roloff confirmed they’re not returning for another season. They have no desire to film from the family due to Zach’s strained relationship with Matt. The couple is making moves to distance themselves from the show.

Matt Roloff addressed the rumors on social media. On Friday, April 26, the patriarch answered questions about the show’s fate on Facebook. One LBPW fan wanted to know if the season finale was actually a series finale.

Many members of the family don’t want to film anymore. Matt’s fiance, Caryn, and other family members reportedly asked TLC to end the show. Matt and his ex-wife’s other children, Jeremy, Jacob, and Molly Roloff distanced themselves from the long-running series.

“As more and more family members drift away from the show it becomes more difficult to produce the same content,” Matt Roloff responded. “Nobody really knows at this point — I feel very content and satisfied with the run of shows and the journey we shared with you all!
