General Hospital Spoilers: The Fans are Ticked These Three Amigos Weren’t at the Wedding

General Hospital Spoilers note Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are happy newlyweds now, and their wedding went off without a hitch.

But that doesn’t mean the fans aren’t still squawking that the day was missing some final touches that they apparently expected to be a part of the big day.

For starters, while Brook Lynn’s great-grandparents might not be around anymore, many fans lamented that there wasn’t even any real symbology happening to showcase they were there in spirit.

Lila Quartermaine’s (Anna Lee) presence might have been nodded to when Brook Lynn was dying to wear her wedding gown — once championed by her mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) — but as for the big day itself, there was little in the way of tribute to the elders in the family.

But the fans continue to claim that while Lois’ larger-than-life presence might have overcompensated a bit, there were a few key people kept off the guest list that just didn’t make sense.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sasha Was Sorely Missed

Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) dished up a hefty excuse for why she wasn’t at her former business partner and friend’s wedding celebration.

A new job being the Quartermaine cook meant she needed to stay behind and prepare for the after party so the family was well-fed when they came home from the event — where they were already fed. Are you following this?

Neither are we. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to put Sasha on the spot for making Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) her plus-one, but instead GH opted for a corny, far from romantic scene between the two once again in the stables. Sasha’s absence from the wedding didn’t go unnoticed by viewers.

GH Spoilers Claim Carly Should’ve Been There

Earth to GH! Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) best friend. Sure, they went through it last year when Carly thought Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) was to blame for turning her in to the SEC, but all’s well that ends well.

Not to mention, Carly just got her stake in the Metro Court Hotel back. One could argue she opted out of the big night because she would be tending to the reception affairs while Olivia played stepmother of the bride, but still — she should’ve had an invite.

General Hospital Spoilers — Monica Has Become a Mystery

Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleton) hasn’t been on-screen in sometime. Suffering a couple of falls and spells of illness has kept Charleton away from her acting career.

Without a recast in sight, Monica may gracefully fall by the wayside, and some fans are starting to wonder if they’ll ever see her again.

That being said, while it’s understandable that Monica couldn’t attend the wedding, the last-minute excuse that she “still” had pneumonia wasn’t well-received by GH fans.

With no context leading up to Danny Morgan (Asher Atonyzyn) bringing that message to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) that he needed to stand in for Monica at the wedding, the fans are lamenting this could’ve been written better — and we agree. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
