Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Will This At-Risk Pregnancy Rip Johnny & Chanel Apart?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that it didn’t take long for the honeymoon phase to be over in Janel’s world. Unfortunately, after their trip to the Horton Cabin went horribly wrong, Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) returned to Salem and were thrown into the fire of drama.

From radiation tests to now finding out they are pregnant, and their baby could be at risk because of exposure, Janel is struggling with a hard decision to make. But could this also tear them apart?

Days Spoilers: So Far, So Good

DOOL spoilers hint that the only silver lining in all this chaos is that Johnny and Chanel do seem stronger than ever. Johnny has been a great source of comfort to his new wife, and while the worry and stress are there, at least they seem to be on the same page in terms of supporting each other.

Still, during the week of May 6, Johnny approached his father, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), looking for help in finding ‘the best of the best’ doctors for Chanel and their baby. During that conversation, EJ agreed to help, but strongly encouraged that Janel terminate the pregnancy.

DOOL Spoilers: Will EJ DiMera Sway His Son’s Opinion?

Chanel is completely leaning towards keeping this baby, and before his chat with his dad, Johnny was supportive of that idea, too. Still, as they continue with the pregnancy and further tests are done, could EJ sway Johnny’s opinion?

Then again, EJ insisting on poking his nose and offering opinions that aren’t asked for could also create a wedge between him and Johnny. As EJ and Chanel’s mom, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), are locked in a feud, this could have both Johnny and his wife leaning toward #TeamPrice.

Then again, because Paulina’s the reason the couple is even worrying about their baby’s future, Janel could clash over their fighting parents, with Johnny taking EJ’s side, and Chanel taking her mom’s side.
