Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Will Paulina’s Radioactive Fumble Cause Chanel To Become Sterile?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that most moms can relate to Paulina Price’s ( Jackée Harry) recent situation. While recovering from radioactive treatment therapy in the hospital, she learned that her daughter, Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) had gone missing while at the Horton Cabin.

Even though she had been advised to remain in isolation, Paulina couldn’t help herself. She left the hospital and headed to the cabin in hopes she could help with the search for her daughter.

Days Spoilers: Was This The Right Decision?

Paulina was the person to eventually find and rescue Chanel, and as this all happened in the aftermath of the snow that dropped if Ms. Price hadn’t done what she did, it’s hard to say if the new Ms. DiMera would’ve been found.

However, it’s hard for fans to let go of the fact that Paulina was “radioactive” during the rescue mission. She carried Chanel into the cabin, so what kind of repercussions could her daughter face, being exposed to her mom’s treatment during a period when no one should’ve been that close to the mayor of Salem?

DOOL Spoilers: Actions Have Consequences

Could it end up that Chanel becomes sterile, because of Paulina? When Ms. Price was on her deathbed, one thing Chanel mentioned while talking to sister Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) was that she never got the chance to give her mom a grandchild and have memories of the two interacting.

Chanel just got married to Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). The young couple likely don’t have plans to start a family right away, but both probably want children at some point.

What if the doctors tell Chanel and Paulina that this won’t ever be possible because of the radiation exposure the young woman had?
