Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Jackée Harry Comments On How Raven Bowens “Always Has Her Back”

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that family dynamics is an interesting thing, both in real life and onscreen. Jackée Harry, who plays Paulina Price on the daytime drama, recently talked to Soap Opera Digest (SOD) about the differences between her television daughters, Sal Stowers (Lani Price-Grant) and Raven Bowens (Chanel Dupree-DiMera), both on and off-camera.

Days Spoilers: Jackée Harry Believes She’s “Hit The Jackpot”

Jackée reveals to SOD that Sal and Ravens are “great” and she has a “nice relationship” with both of them. While she feels like Raven’s mom, with Sal, they are “equal or on par”, and she notes that this might be because Sal’s been on DOOL longer and is a bit older than Raven.

Jackée also states that her onscreen daughters are different, and Paulina treats them accordingly. She adds that as Lani grew up with a different parent, Paulina is looking to make up for lost time with her, and there’s a bit of guilt there.

DOOL Spoilers: Chanel Is A Scrapper …

Jackée goes on to tell SOD that Chanel is a fighter, like Paulina, still, she states that Raven is a “scrapper” too. She notes that if she is going through something, Bowens will ask, “Where are you at? What do you need?”

Meanwhile, Jackée adds that wherever she and Raven go, she knows that Bowens has “my back”.

It makes sense that Jackée’s bond with Raven is more mother-daughter-like, as the two spend more time together on the show.

After all, while Lani has popped into Salem now and again, she was behind bars for a full year and now her little family is off to Washington to support Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) in his FBI career pursuits.

Still, the bonds between these women are beautiful to watch onscreen (and to hear about, offscreen).
