According to the Little People, Big World spoilers, Audrey and Jeremy Roloff spent a lot on their property up to this point. A new report via The U.S. Sun revealed they spent over $1.5 million on their Oregon farmhouse, which is still under construction. The TLC couple bought the home in May 2022.

The report reveals new details about the construction project. The LBPW stars spent over $694,000 on renovations for their home in 2022 alone, according to the official papers from the Washington County Assessor’s Office.

Improvements were made on the main house, the farm itself, and the backyard. The couple spent another $791,570 on home renovations in 2023.

According to the Little People, Big World spoilers, the renovations mostly focused on the main house, the farm, and the yard. As a result, Audrey and Jeremy Roloff spent close to $1.5 million. Audrey has shared the ongoing process on Instagram. The two spent many holidays outside the home since it’s not even close to down yet.

In light of this shocking news, Audrey Roloff posted more photos and clips of their home on her Instagram Stories. She shared that TLC fans asked her questions about their home renovations. The only place in the house they haven’t renovated is the bathroom because they felt it was unnecessary.

A large reason why the renovations are so expensive is because they’re adding upgrades such as a heated laundry room and heated flooring in the kitchen. LPBW fans took to Reddit to react to their nearly $1.5 million renovations. Some of them want to know where Audrey and Jeremy got all this money.

One fan asked: “Are they laundering money for a cartel? WTF?”

Another user noted: “I’m pretty sure this is just the new tax-assessed value of the home, not the cost of renovations. In Oregon, property tax increases are capped at 3% per year unless you make renovations.”
