Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Is Alison Sweeney Really Returning To DOOL?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Alison Sweeney Recalls Bad Girl Days

Alison Sweeney is promoting Hallmark Channel’s Loveuary film, Love & Jane, out Saturday, February 10. In an interview with Remind Magazine, Sweeney admitted that it was out of character for her to “really relish everything Jane Austen.”

She never portrayed these characters before. During the interview, Sweeney also talked about her character, Sami Brady from Days of Our Lives.

“Sam in particular was always so emotional and so extreme and always on the verge of mental breakdowns,” Sweeney explained. “And on Hallmark, it’s the opposite. It’s people, who, even when they’re sad, they’re not that sad. They’ve got their lives together. Sami was always. living on the edge.”

The Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that it wasn’t always easy for Sweeney. Some storylines appeared happy on the outside, but there was something on the other end. She added, “It just never ended.” She could never feel good knowing that Sami’s storyline was resolved.

“There was never a feeling like, ‘Oh good, we resolved that,'” Sweeney continued. “You’re waiting for the other shoe to drop. And so, it felt like you were living it because basically, all those years I would have two Thanksgivings, two Christmases, two families. I have a whole other life in my memory of things I did that were Sami.”

While Sweeney “had a blast” playing Sami, she admitted that it was hard to go through the “emotionally fraught moments.”

Hallmark is known for their feel-good stories, which always wrap up with a nice bow. Sweeney has a feeling about how each movie is going to end. She did tease a return to DOOL.

“The door is always open,” Sweeney said. “I have such a great relationship with everyone there, and if the time was right or they wanted a certain storyline, I would always love to go back and visit.”

DOOL Spoilers – Sami Brady Returning To Salem?

This interview had DOOL fans wondering whether Sami Brady would return to Salem. The question was brought up on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards. The user CADY asked: ” Is Allison Sweeney back on Days? I heard a rumor. “

According to the Days of Our Lives spoilers, Sweeney isn’t returning to the daytime soap anytime soon. She’s always working on a new Hallmark movie.

Yet, she still has a good relationship with the soap. Sweeney shared that she’s still friends with most of the DOOL cast.

One fan responded: “As of Alison Sweeney, it would be great if she is back….but I read that she has a movie deal with Hallmark. In fact, lots of it…Who knows, she might make one or two scenes with Days, but that’s about it.”
