Young And The Restless Spoilers: Is The Soap Ignoring Possible Sparks Between Billy And Sharon?

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that fans have been buzzing since Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) had her own episode on Friday, January 5th.

The dream sequence was very eccentric and puzzling at times; however, Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) role in the entire show has viewers wondering if the soap has dropped the ball on a potential romance between him and Sharon.

Y&R Spoilers: Billy Abbott & Sharon Rosales Do Have History

Y&R spoilers note that Billy and Sharon do have a history. They shared a one-nighter back in 2009, not to mention some hints of a possible romance in 2018, which were suddenly dropped.

During the Sharon-centric epi, Billy was the only odd man out in her dream and acted as a sort of guide who helped her along her different scenarios.

Everyone else within her dream had a place to be there, but Billy. He’s not part of her family; not a nemesis; not interested in her boyfriend; and isn’t exactly a former flame of hers or even that close of friend. So, why was he in there?

Unless the soap is potentially foreshadowing a possible Shilly romance?

Y&R Spoilers: Could Sharon And Billy Work?

The underlying chemistry between Billy and Sharon during her dream did not go unnoticed by some Y&R fans. While some Shick fans are hoping for a reunion between the exes, it’s hard to say if the soap will go down that road again.

After all, the roller coaster ride of them being on and off has also left some viewers wishing the daytime drama would just give both of them different partners so they can start “fresh”.

Right now, Sharon’s single, and Billy is with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), but fans can see that Chilly won’t last the long haul as they aren’t as intriguing onscreen as they are on paper. Will the show stop ignoring the idea that Billy and Sharon could make a fun romantic team?
