The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Sharon Reaches Out To Grown Baby Eve, Will She Be Able To Help Her?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) could reach out to grown baby Eve Howard aka Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and offer to help her. Sharon was with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) when Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) lost baby Eve, she’s the same age as Noah Newman (Rory Gibson).

Sharon can relate to Claire/Eve Nicole in a very unique way, having a daughter who grew up in a cult-and Jordan (Colleen Zenk) certainly operated like a cult leader to Claire.

Claire has been brainwashed all her life with false narratives about the Newmans, about her parents, and instilled with the hate and revenge that Jordan displays. Sharon can see that what Claire lived for most of her life was very similar to being brainwashed by a cult leader, although Nick and the others may not agree.

Sharon can see how troubled and confused Claire is now that she knows the truth about what her aunt did and she has compassion for her. Moreover, she has compassion for Cole and Victoria-she’d have given anything to get Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) back from the dead if only she could-she almost lost Noah as a baby.

Y & R Spoilers: Miracles Happen, The DNA Matches

The next step for Cole and Victoria, against the advice of the rest of the Newmans who think it’s a waste of time, is to get their DNA matched with Claire’s. Miraculously, and surprising to Nick and especially to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) it’s a match-Claire is baby Eve, all grown up and Claire’s dealing with learning she was loved and wanted.

The woman she thought loved her all her life and poisoned her against the Newmans, Jordan, actually used and manipulated her, and kept her from the life she should have had.

Even though when they were still in the lake house in Oregon Victoria said she couldn’t be their baby Eve, tears filled her eyes as Claire cried. Claire/Eve Nicole will need a lot of therapy and deprogramming from Sharon, and support from Cole and Victoria to begin her own healing process.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: A Long, Long Road To Healing

Considering what Claire, with Jordan’s prodding did to his mother, him, and his father and sister, Nick may buck against Sharon treating Claire even when DNA proves she’s his niece.

But Cole and Victoria and Sharon will band together for the troubled girl who doesn’t know who she is anymore-and she’ll deal with guilt for what she did as well. There will be a long, long, road to healing for Claire, and for that matter, for Cole and Victoria-accepting their baby girl was alive all these years raised by a monster!

Claire/Eve Nicole was Victoria’s first baby-she’d gotten pregnant on purpose trying to hang on to Cole, who was cheating at the time. But her appendix burst, and the baby had to be delivered preemie and c-section-after looking at her in the incubator, they were told she died and never got to hold her!
