The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will want to know for sure who she belongs to. Nobody knows if Jordan (Colleen Zenk) is telling the truth about Claire’s parentage or not.

With Claire’s arrest, there will probably be a trial and that’s when the DNA test results will probably come out. Can the results really be trusted, though?

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Jordan’s Cruel Brainwashing

Y&R spoilers reveal that Jordan claims she stole Claire from the hospital when she was born. Jordan also claims that the same baby is the daughter that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) buried all those decades ago.

However, Claire is only starting to see holes in Jordan’s story. Claire also insisted that Jordan promised her that nobody would be physically hurt, just emotionally destroyed (as if that’s any better).

As Claire was being hauled away in handcuffs, she mentioned not knowing who she is. So, Claire will probably insist on a DNA test. In fact, if Claire’s defense is that Jordan brainwashed her, then the defense attorney or even a judge might order a DNA test to see if there is any truth to the story.

With Jordan’s body going missing, there is going to be a lot more to this story.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Newman’s Uncertainty

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victoria and Cole insisted that Claire couldn’t be their daughter. At the same time, Victoria won’t be able to rest until she knows for sure.

So, Victoria might go ahead and visit Claire in jail. Victoria might also consent to a DNA test just so she can rest easy knowing that Claire isn’t her daughter.

What if the DNA test confirms that Claire is Victoria and Cole’s daughter? Well, in that case, Victoria won’t be able to turn her back on Claire. So, Victoria will probably hire the best defense attorney money can buy. Victoria might also spare no expense to get Claire the best mental health treatment available.

Y&R Spoilers:  DNA Test Trickery?

With Jordan on the loose still, she could manage to tamper with the DNA test. It would be tricky for Jordan to somehow find out the lab that was doing the test and to slip in undetected.

More likely is that the DNA test might be tampered with by a Newman, such as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) or Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Perhaps Victoria’s parents think they are “sparing” their daughter the pain of having Claire in her life. However, what happens when the truth eventually comes out?
