The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers: What Happened to Bridget Forrester And Why is She Back?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) has returned to guest star on the daytime drama after years of not being on contract.

Ashley Jones was in the role from 2004 to 2012 and has appeared occasionally since then. She is back this time around because of her father Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) cancer diagnosis.

She was born in in 1992 to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) at which time Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) successfully tampered with the paternity test since the town bike had no idea who the father could be.

Bridget was a rebellious adolescent and with a home life as confusing as hers perhaps it was her destiny.

Adult Bridget married Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) but alas, Brooke managed to mess that up too, later sleeping with Deacon and birthing Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

Eventually Bridget fell for Brooke’s ex, Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) and after some hiccups the couple had a child who sadly was stillborn.

Down the road, Nick and Bridget remarried and sadly, their surrogate miscarried after a fall. Heartbroken Bridget then got pregnant with Owen Knight and her son Logan was born in 2010. Since then Bridget has been seen when the family gathers for significant events, such as Hope’s wedding in 2018.

In March 2020, Bridget attended Brooke and Ridge’s reunion party which fell flat when everyone learned that Brooke had cheated with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

The next year Bridget visited to comfort Hope who had learned her husband had another woman’s baby. in  In 2022 Bridget came back to help Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) after she was shot.
