Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will freak and force Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) into a medical checkup, taking her to the hospital. Her concern over her mother’s health escalates, and she takes action to do something about it.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Paulina Price Isn’t Herself

Paulina just isn’t herself, she doesn’t have any energy and is constantly falling asleep, and doesn’t seem to have the zest for life that she usually has.

Chanel and Paulina are very close, so it’s easy for Chanel to tell that things are seriously off with her mother. Paulina keeps trying to cover up and deny it, but the more she does, the more Chanel isn’t buying it.

Paulina claims she’s too busy with work to go Christmas shopping with her, and later Chanel finds her asleep on the couch again. That makes Chanel even more worried and determined to get to the bottom of it-this is so out of the ordinary; her mother is usually always busy doing something.

Paulina continues to go downhill, and Chanel continues to insist that she gets checked out, because she fears it could be serious.

Paulina, of course, continues to resist and doesn’t want to go to the hospital or even a doctor’s office-there seems to be an aversion on Paulina’s part to medical care.

That is only when it comes to herself, of course, if it were Chanel or Abe Carver (James Reynolds) in need of care Paulina would insist as much as Chanel is.

But finally Chanel sees that she must force the issue, because what’s going on with Paulina is clearly more than the panic attacks she had previously.

She drags her mother to Salem University Hospital to get checked out properly, and she calls to check in with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) when they get there.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Johnny DiMera Was With Holly Jonas

Johnny is with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) helping her celebrate her birthday, since everyone else was gone-but when Johnny leaves, Holly gets drunk.

Holly later calls and berates Johnny for leaving her alone on her birthday to support Chanel, but Chanel doesn’t see Holly as a threat. Chanel thinks of Holly as a little girl with a big crush on who is now her older stepbrother, since her mother is married to his father.

Chanel trusts Johnny, and tells him to go back and be with Holly on her birthday-she didn’t expect him to drop everything to come to the hospital.

In the meantime, Paulina is nervous and tries to hide it, she doesn’t to make her worry-but Chanel has a gut feeling that there’s something seriously wrong with her mother.
