Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that fans should always expect the unexpected in Genoa City. Right now, there seems to be a revamp of the 1990s love triangle between Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell).
Despite sharing a family with Phyllis, Danny’s always been more smitten with Cricket than Phyllis, and the same seemingly rings true in the present time. But will a plot twist in this storyline change the course of how things will unfold?

Although he cherishes his friendship and co-parenting relationship with Red, it’s clear that he’s got reunion plans for the Bug. But, what if Cricket lets him down?

It’s perfectly natural for Christine to still resent Phyllis after all these years. She tore her marriage apart in the ‘90s, tried to kill her, and got away with it. In fact, in Cricket’s eyes, Red seems to get away with “everything”.
Still, what if Christine crosses a line where Ms. Summers is concerned? Danny has been reminding Phyllis to stay in her lane, but what if Ms. Blair is the one who sneakily retaliates against Red?
Could this change Danny’s view of his precious Cricket? Could it leave a bad taste in his mouth around a reunion? Could this also drive him into Phyllis’s arms, once again?
Especially if she’s been working overtime to be the bigger person, while Christine hasn’t? If there’s an opportunity to get with Danny, Red will jump on it.
