The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers provide more insight into Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) medical history. He got the stark news that he only had months to live.
However, he hasn’t received a proper diagnosis. Fans want to know what’s wrong with the patriarch, which is understandable. They can’t follow a storyline if it doesn’t address the character’s medical condition. Keep on reading to learn more.
According to The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, fans want to know what’s wrong with Eric Forrester. Fans think his family has every right to know about his medical diagnosis.
The user Catmomma1 asked on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “Why is no one asking what Eric is dying from? Totally unrealistic that people are now finding out that Eric is (supposedly) dying and not asking what the reason is. That is usually the FIRST question that gets asked in this scenario!”
Fans took to the thread to speculate on Eric’s medical mystery. One fan wrote: “My best guess is that the writers don’t want the focus to be on WHAT Eric is dying from (even though that is the question first asked).”
Another user commented: “RJ told his mother that Eric was having TIA’s (strokes).”
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal skepticism about Eric’s medical diagnosis. Fans are having a hard time following this storyline because it’s hard to believe.
They don’t understand why Eric hasn’t received a proper diagnosis up to this point. He also hasn’t received medication or a treatment plan to alleviate his symptoms.
Eric’s hands shook from either arthritis or carpal tunnel. Now, he’s experienced other symptoms, such as coughing up blood.
Fans want to know what’s wrong with him in an effort to connect with his character. Leaving out his diagnosis makes it hard to follow this storyline.
“When has there ever been a diagnosis that doesn’t have a treatment plan or medication to mediate the symptoms? This show whole ‘medical condition’ is skeptical at best,” one fan noted.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest it’s a classic case of a “non-specific Soap Opera Disease” that the character recovers from. Some fans have a feeling that Eric has been misdiagnosed. He could get a second opinion and get cured of whatever he’s struggling with.
What do you think of Eric’s storyline? Do you find it hard to connect without a proper medical diagnosis? What do you think he’s dying from? Sound off below in the comment section.
