The first image read: “…but I held tight to some of the most powerful advice that Mr. McIntosh had given Derick and me: ‘Sometimes you have to be okay with other people not being okay with you. And you have to be okay with you not being okay too.'”

Jill also shared a photo of the book in her lap. In her Instagram post, she admitted there are times when she doesn’t feel okay. She assured her fans and followers that it’s okay to not be okay. Jill wants them to know they are not alone in their thoughts and feelings.
