Days Spoilers: Wei Shin’s Name Has Been Thrown Around A Lot

DOOL spoilers hint that Wei could head to the little town soon, for his son’s funeral. His name has been dropped a lot lately, even before Li’s passing.

Wei is a strong, powerful, controlling, and traditional man who was feared by both of his children when they were growing up. He raised both Li and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) with an iron fist, and he doesn’t seem above extreme revenge tactics.

So how does he fit in this murder mystery storyline?

DOOL Spoilers: Could Li Shin Have Reached Out To His Father Before His Passing?

Before Li’s tragic death, he had an intense therapy session that determined the reasoning behind his obsession with Gabi. His father kept him away from the love of his life, and he ended up manifesting all those feelings when it came to Ms. DiMera.

Could Li have reached out to Wei before he died? Possibly cutting ties with his father as a way to heal himself? Could Wei have killed his son out of retribution for his insolence?

There’s also the possibility that he reached out to his father after Stabi’s blackmail, and two came up with this plan to “kill” Li and pin the murder on Gabi.

Wei’s a rich man who could easily find a way to cover up the fact that his son is really alive. He could have even solicited the help of Dr. Wilhlem Rolf (Richard Wharton) through guilt and past allegiance. After all, Li’s stuck in this blackmailing mess because of a role that Rolf played in it all.
