According to the Days of Our Lives spoilers, Nicole loses her baby. Things are taking a dramatic turn. A fan posted the preview for the upcoming week ahead. Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) gets into an accident and ends up having her baby early.

Nicole is having EJ’s baby. However, the promo teases that she could end up losing her baby. Some fans shared their reaction to the video. Most of them have a feeling the writers are setting this up so that Nicole loses EJ’s baby.

“This looks so soapy. Eric and Nicole reloading… 1 2 3,” one fan wrote.

“I dislike this storyline because I have never been a fan of a baby switch storyline and two the writers made a horrid decision to make Nicole’s baby for Eric. That ship has sailed and they have tried too many times with them. I actually like EJ and Nicole, but of course, they will be ruined for the travesty of Eric and Nicole,” another fan speculated.

The Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that EJ could go to the dark side. He could end up losing everything. This also sets up the idea of Nicole reuniting with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
