Justin is particularly stinging himself over finding out his own son Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) isn’t really his son-as far as they know.
Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) amended will was found with a letter, purportedly from Anjelica Deveraux (Judith Chapman), so he may be just a little prejudiced without meaning to.
Xander had filed suit for full custody of baby Victoria, based on Rex Brady’s (Kyle Lowder) and Sarah’s lie about her paternity being exposed and Rex not allowing Xander access.
After finding out Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) was alive and Xander didn’t kill her, Sarah had softened a little towards Xander.
But as she was about to bring the baby down from the nursery for Xander to hold her, she got the call from Justin that Xander had filed for full custody.

Justin explains that Xander’s case against Sarah for full custody has several valid points, and though Xander and Sarah had been ready to drop both their suits, Rex and Sarah conspired.
They acted together to defraud Xander concerning his paternity of Victoria Margaret, and that puts Xander in a good place to win; even her own mother wasn’t told.
Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) never would have known she had another grandchild if Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) hadn’t found out, and she refused to perform Rex and Sarah’s wedding ceremony.
Xander wanted to drop the suit but as yet, it hadn’t been dropped-he appears to be stuck with it, and Sarah stuck with hers because Rex won’t drop it.
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sarah Horton And Rex Brady Acted With Malice
Justin also explains that Sarah and Rex did act with malice aforethought in deception of Xander about his paternity, which is stated in his suit.
He’s already been shown the case, which was filed by Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) and she’s not letting Xander drop it.
Unfortunately, Sarah may be stuck here-and Rex is out of the picture, Sarah wanting a quickie divorce in what must be the shortest marriage in history.
Sarah is obviously not happy with the situation she finds herself in and even though she’d softened towards Xander that custody suit made her harden again. In the meantime, it looks like the family court over the custody of Victoria Margaret’s going forward.
