As friends and family rejoiced, fans can’t help but think danger still looms for the mob boss, in the distance.

GH Spoilers: The Charges Were Dismissed “Without Prejudice”

GH spoilers suggest that these charges against Sonny could be refiled at any time. After all, Judge Jarret (Matthew Kimbrough) made this pretty clear during Corinthos’s hearing, and GH writers have ensured to re-emphasize this statement multiple times during scenes after Sonny was released.

The mob boss outwitted nanny Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini), Mason Gaitlin (Nathanyael Grey), and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober); however, by punking them with misinformation, this will only make them madder and more determined to bring the mob boss down.

The trio has lost complete credibility with the Feds and in some ways, with each other. This also means they’ll be that much more careful the next time they strike.

In light of the fact that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) threw out the damaged USB file with actual incriminating evidence on it, it looks like someone will stumble across this, fix it, and turn it in.

Especially now that Sonny has completely mended fences with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) – the very person behind the USB file.

It’s hard not to think that something massive will go down during Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny’s wedding. If they ever get to the altar, that is. Whether he learns about her SEC secret, or something else, their wedding will have drama.

As no wedding in Port Charles goes off without a hitch, it would seem very likely that something as explosive as Sonny getting arrested would happen during the Sina wedding; whether the feds burst in during the ceremony, right after the two say their vows, or while the couple is cutting their wedding cake or enjoying their first dance.
