General Hospital Spoilers: Blaze Is Back To Make Beautiful Music With Kristina Corinthos?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a new romance could be on the horizon for Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) if a sizzling Friday Cliffhanger is any indication!

One-name singing sensation Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) is back in Port Charles, New York and she and Kristina hit it off. These two may be destined to make beautiful music together!

Fans last saw Blaze in April and now she’s ready to do business again with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Lopez told Soap Opera Digest that she was told by GH casting director Mark Teschner that executive producer Frank Valentini had plans for Blaze to be part of an upcoming storyline.

She added that “When I first came on the show, I knew I was helping to move storyline along for Chase and Brook Lynn so it really meant a lot that I made an impression.”

Blaze meets Kristina when she arrives at the bar to talk business with BLQ. By her own admission, Kristina totally fangirls over Blaze who then looks up Kristina’s past Nurses Ball singing event and tells her she’s really good.

GH Spoilers: Kristina In New Romance?

The characters have mad chemistry which comes at a time when Kristina is finally coming into her own. She’s managing the bar and will launch a new LGBTQ+ space with the help of her dad Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

In 2022 Blaze was a singing partner for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) when he and BLQ were trying to bust sleazy music talent manager Linc (Dan Buren).

They got the job done and later Blaze testified on Chase’s behalf so that he could get his old job back at the Port Charles Police Department. Afterward she left town, but BLQ has lured her back.

Lopez calls her return “surreal and really exciting” and we can’t wait to see what TPTB have cooked up for the talented actress.

We do know that BLQ wants to manage her career now that she’s out from under the blackmailing thumb of her grandma Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
