The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) knew Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) had her back up against the soapy wall. Thankfully, she told Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) about her problem, and he created a solution.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was intrigued to hear what Audra had to say. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) assumed Audra intended to pitch the merger plan again, but that was not why she came to the Ranch after hours.

Adam likely did not anticipate Audra ratting him out to his father. But it is good she did because Victor still calls the shots at the conglomerate that bears his created name.
Grossman’s character has fixated on Newman Media because he is attempting some form of a do-over in his linked business and personal life. Viewers recall he left his Chief Executive Officer’s spot at the standalone company Victor sold to Newman Enterprises.
Adam’s actions intended to preserve Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) spot in the company. While she did assume Adam’s job temporarily, Victor and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) did not trust her and so she was soon gone.
The Young And The Restless Updates – Audra Charles Makes A Necessary Move
It could be that Audra will not survive at Newman Enterprises even though she forced Adam off her back. Talking against the boss’s son, even though she was right to expose Adam’s duplicity, is not a ticket to long-term stability.
Beyond Adam aiming for Audra, Nikki does not trust her, and Victor senses that she is overly ambitious. It feels like Audra will be used for whatever Newman Media can get out of her and if there is a place where her skill set can be utilized, then so be it. If not, a digital pink slip could be received.
Audra did not want Adam to expose what happened at McCall Unlimited. Whether that still happens remains to be seen in Genoa City, Wisconsin.
Tucker McCall Is On The Edge
Tucker is hopeful that Audra can keep their actions covered. He does not want the emails Adam retrieved, which include damaging information, to ever see the light of daytime.
But it would seem that Adam will be motivated to strike out at his latest created enemies. If so, Tucker’s fresh remarriage to Ashley Abbott McCall (Eileen Davidson) could be jeopardized.
Plus, the business plans this new couple has could be decimated through the terrible public relations issue that would result when Tucker’s name is darkened on Y&R.
