The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that waffling Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could strike again, wanting Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) back. This could happen as soon as Steffy Forrester-Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) leaves to accommodate Jacqueline’s real-life maternity leave.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – No Reason To Think Liam Spencer Leaves

There’s no reason to think that Liam would leave with Steffy and the kids unless there’s a really quick and bizarre twist in the works. So if Steffy takes Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras-McKinlay) and Hayes Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) on a trip out of town, Liam’s left with nothing to do. With no one to play hero for or protect, Liam is going to get bored and lonely, and that’s when he waffles and could put his attention back on Hope.

Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will have all her attention on John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) so she won’t be chasing after Steffy to get Hayes. So Liam will likely turn to rescuing Hope from herself and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) even though it was Hope’s choice to divorce-she had the papers drawn up while he threatened.

B & B Spoilers – ‘Lope Destiny’ Or Back And Forth Bingo?

Hope made it quite clear to Liam that she wanted a man who loved her for only her, and would have to share his attention with someone else. For her, that man is Thomas-but that won’t stop Liam from trying to convince her into another marriage for their ‘Lope’ destiny. For years, the B & B writers have made the Steffy-Liam-Hope triangle mirror the one between Taylor Hayes, (Krista Allen) Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). ‘Lope’ and ‘Bridge’ are always destiny, while Taylor and her daughter Steffy have always been the losers. For a couple of brief years, Steffy had happiness with Finn until the writers decided to bond him to his mother Sheila, which was the one thing she couldn’t abide.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Liam Spencer Can’t Be Alone

Liam’s problem is he can’t stand to be alone, he always has to have a woman in his life- and he’ll find a way to infiltrate ‘Thope’. If he happens to find out how close Sheila and Hope’s father, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) are he’ll spout the same protection racket to Hope over Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza). He already considers Thomas a threat and even tried to claim Thomas’ son Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) when he and Hope were together.

However, unless he sets up Thomas to be caught in something really egregious, maybe exposing that he has been friendly with Sheila, a ‘Lope’ reunion may not fly. Hope still won’t want Liam back just to have him waffle back to Steffy, who he obviously has never gotten over.
