General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Will Elizabeth And Finn Blend Their Families With A Baby Next Year?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) have been working hard to make sure they’re both on the same page as they venture back toward being in a relationship with one another again. The last go around didn’t end well as Elizabeth broke Finn’s heart when she told him the ultimate lie — that she was having another man’s baby. While it turned out not to be true, and she turned out to be in a lot more trouble than he ever would’ve expected, Finn remained on her side. That’s just where he’ll be when Elizabeth finds out she’s actually pregnant soon, too, but they’ll have more to contend with than just their own feelings about the situation.

General Hospital Spoilers — A Fake Pregnancy

Elizabeth never imagined she would be the type of person to pretend she was pregnant, but that was the only way she could explain why she was toting around prenatal vitamins, and why Finn saw the same ones at Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) place. He practically wrote the ending of their relationship for her, and she walked right into the easier way out instead of telling him the truth. While the lies appear to be behind them, that doesn’t mean the drama is. They might have put their own differences aside, but one thing always seems to get between these two — someone else.

General Hospital Updates – An Unplanned Pregnancy

Rumor has it Elizabeth just might find herself pregnant again. Yes, a fourth baby daddy for Liz. Finn is certainly a step up — a doctor is better than a mob enforcer, an absent father, or a dead man, right? But they’re going to be surprised not just by the pregnancy they didn’t plan for, but by the way Liz’s family will descend upon them when they find out. No word on how that happens, but some suspicions have arisen that Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) may be on her way back to Port Charles. If that’s true, she just might slip the news to her mom and dad. Yikes!

A Family Reunion?

Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) and Jeff Webber (William R. Moses) left the ball in Elizabeth’s court, but when they hear she’s expecting again, they just might see it as a way to start fresh. They have already missed out on their other grandchildren’s lives all of this time. This could be their last shot to have a real family experience with them all, but will Elizabeth be open to it?
