General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Anna Will Have To Choose — Sonny, Or Valentin?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is currently embroiled in a bit of a mystery she never signed up for. Having her home torched is soon to be a much smaller problem on her plate as she comes to realize that the person who is out to get her has been for some time, and it may appear that Valentin has been helping them.

Could it be that this entire romance we’ve swooned over with every step was nothing more than a fabrication at the hands of the sinister Cassadine himself?

Might he be taking out his years of angst on Anna for never giving him the time of day — or completely brainwashed and acting against his own best interest?

Either way, fans are starting to suspect this is going to end up with Anna having to make a crucial decision. Will she form an alliance with Valentin and forgive him for his transgressions, or is she going to forsake him to keep Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) safe?

General Hospital Spoilers — She’s Not The Only One At Risk

Anna has been thinking she is in this alone and will have to figure out who is trying to kill her and why. Suddenly, it might dawn on her that it would have been a lot more comforting if Sonny had been the intended target.

But information may soon come to light that suggests they are both at risk of being under attack. Is there someone out there targeting Sonny’s life more so than his empire and freedom?

Initially, it seems like PIkeman was a good way to see to it that Sonny was taken out of the business, his territory sacrificed, and him thrown in a prison cell.

But now, it seems as though someone is far more intent on seeing to it that Sonny never lives to see another day — nor Anna. Who could be after both of them and why are they coming under fire together?

General Hospital Updates – Valentin Cassadine’s Betrayal

Word on the street is Anna is already more on to Valentin’s betrayals than she is letting on. You can see it just beneath the surface.

Her heart is breaking upon realizing Valentin was playing her all of this time and that none of their relationship was actually real.

Keeping that in mind, Anna may not feel so bad about getting weak in the knees over Sonny’s support of her. After all, she needs someone in her corner beside her ex-husband for the hundredth time.

Fans might be suspecting a Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Anna reboot, but it sounds like some are eager for a completely new twist in Anna’s love life — where a former government agent meets a criminal bad boy.

Never Forget

Valentin may have been the first one to break the rules in this relationship, but he’s a Cassadine. That’s expected, right? He won’t cut Anna any slack when it comes to her doing the same.

It’s certain that he will see her choosing Sonny over him as a betrayal just the same, and he won’t discount her actions based on the fact that he had it coming.

Will he retaliate, and if so, will it be against Anna — or Sonny? We’re placing our bets on Sonny, since it is likely that Valentin truly does love Anna, and she’s the type to move on when she’s done with a relationship — not wait around to sic revenge on someone.

Let’s hope Valentin gets that memo though. Do you see his wanting to stick it to Anna for falling for the mob boss?
