On Wednesday, August 16 Finley Rose Slater is onscreen as precocious child Rachel Black. Rachel will in scenes with her mom Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).
Rachel is very mature for her age and thus far has been better at being bratty like her mom than being standup like her dad. Tell us DOOL fans, what do you think of Rachel’s behavior? Does she need to learn some lessons or are you enjoying her shenanigans?
Now it’s time for a bit of sad news, one of Salem’s most cherished daughters is leaving. August 10 was the 19th anniversary of the debut of Martha Madison as Belle Black.
That day she tweeted the news that her character was leaving the show: “Feels like yesterday and a million lifetimes ago all at the same time. Thank you to all the fans who supported me on my bumpy journey through Salem. It was a wild ride.”
Belle is the daughter of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Black (Deidre Hall). Her final scenes were filmed in the spring and when we know her official last airdate we will bring it to you here.
Belle indeed had her share of dramas and traumas not the least of which was tangling with her sister Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
Through the years Belle has come and gone and fans have seen her grow up onscreen. Tell us DOOL fans, what is your favorite memory of Belle Black?
