Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) believes her oldest brother needs some time off. So, as part of her efforts to advance Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) standing at Newman Enterprises, Victoria put Nick on indefinite leave.

Viewers first met Ashby’s character two decades ago. He and Sharon randomly met in Denver, Colorado, when she was having personal problems.

Their cavort turned violent and led to him eventually coming to Genoa City, Wisconsin. She and Nick were able to bring him to justice. But it took a while.

Cameron was put in jail, which could mean that Kirsten Incorporated is worthless because of the amount of time he spent behind bars. Then again, he could have had people running the business for him.

Sharon Rosales Makes The Best Of It

Rather than dismissing whatever is left of Cameron’s business, Nick may believe Sharon should contact the attorney who provided the legal documents that informed her she now owns Kristen Incorporated.

Nick has time on his hands. So, it would be reasonable to believe he will help Sharon determine if Cameron left her something of value that could be used for good. That outcome would allow her and Nick to gain positive closure where Cameron is concerned.

It is also interesting to contemplate whether TPTB might be in the process of slowly reuniting Sharon and Nick one more time on Y&R.
