Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) mom Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy welcomed their second son, Rio in mid-June of 2023.  A few weeks later, she shared a very tender moment during her birth story video, which has enchanted ABC fans. For many of them, a particular moment revealed the incredible joy that humans have expressed for millennia.

Dancing With The Stars: A Brother For Peta Murgatoryd’s Son Shai

Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy tied the knot at a charming wedding ceremony held at Oheoka Castle in New York in July 2017. Their son Shai arrived in January 2017, making him the older sibling when his younger brother Rio arrived last month. Peta, who is a seasoned dancer, has shifted her focus to motherhood. Her social media followers expressed their delight at the heartwarming moments they shared on Instagram.

Peta Murgatroyd’s professional dancing career took a backseat when her first child, Shai, was born. She did the same thing ahead of the arrival of her second child, Rio. However, this doesn’t mean that she has completely abandoned her dancing passion since she previously returned to ABC’s Dancing with the Stars after some time. Right now, Peta and Maks are currently cherishing the safe arrival of their rainbow baby.

In her video, the ABC star said, “Thank god @maksim made it in time 🙏🏻 He drove from Napa Valley to West Hollywood in 4.5 hours LOL.” Well, it was a precious moment, and Maksim Chmerkovskiy wouldn’t have missed it for the world. Recall, when she became very ill at one stage, he was in Ukraine with their version of the show and she lost a child in a miscarriage. There were tears after the arrival of Rio, but they were happy ones.

Dancing With the Stars fans saw that Peta also wrote, “What a wild ride!!! With a midnight car race into the hospital not knowing if @maksimc will make it or not, to the many hours of laboring down Mr Rio until he was in the perfect place to push him out with 4 pushes… …he’s here and he’s HEAVEN ✨.” In the video, the most amazing and beautiful moment was when she looked at Maks and they both cried with joy.

Emotional Moment Seemed Tender And Sweet.

Dancing With the Stars fans were quick to comment and across social media, it seems that Rio’s safe arrival touched many fans. On Instagram, one follower said, “Literally crying for you, a stranger, but you have just done such a beautiful job sharing your story and your thoughts. So so very happy for you and love the light you and your husband put into the world!”

Meanwhile, others were astounded that it only took four attempts to push the baby out.
