The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is setting herself up to be blamed for what Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is bound to learn. While Steffy has suspicions about Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) loyalty, Wood’s character is not in a position to share her speculation with Liam.

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has a well-earned reputation for hounding Hope. Everywhere she went, he was there for the past few years. Eventually, Hope had enough of his nonsense and let him have it like she never had before.

Thomas’ ouster from Forrester Creations in the recent past included Hope laying into him with personal comments that hurt. But she has since done a one-hundred-and-eighty-degree turn.

Steffy eyed Hope closely as she flirted with Thomas on multiple occasions since his return to the family business fold. She noticed that Liam’s wife was behaving far differently than she ever had before.

But Steffy could not believe what she saw, or rather, she did not want to immediately accept it because the reality made no sense. However, Hope’s behavior continued, and eventually, Steffy confronted her.

Viewers know both ladies went at each other because of Liam in recent years. Hope won that battle, with Liam deciding he loved Hope more. But Steffy is convinced Hope is drifting away from her husband and toward Thomas.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Hope Spencer’s Mind Is Mixed

Hope was familiar with the constant, intrusive, annoying attention Thomas heaped upon her. She grew previously felt the pressure he applied and now seems to miss it. At least, that is what Steffy thinks.

Steffy’s perception provides an interesting angle to approach what is happening. Viewers need to ask themselves if the cumulative effect of Thomas’ devotion created a response Hope did not recognize until now.

But Hope is trying to synthesize her thoughts and feelings while remaining true to her marriage. It is not easy because of her proximity to Thomas.

Liam Spencer Will Not Stand For It

Steffy has assumed a hopeful approach. She wants to believe Hope is not interested in Thomas because that could be personally and professionally awful.

Liam cares about his wife. So, he will not allow anything Thomas-related to go unchecked.

Clifton’s character will respond when he inevitably learns about the renewed tension between his wife and Thomas. But Liam’s refusal to stand for what he believes is Thomas-driven will be totally undercut by the shocker of Hope’s unforeseen admiration for the man he loathes on B&B.
