The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that behind everyone’s backs, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) were having an affair in the workplace. The fact that Nate is or was still seeing Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) only makes matters worse.

Victoria, however, has been portraying herself as though she is invincible and nothing could possibly go wrong. When her father learns about the affair she had, particularly how it happened in the office, she might receive a harsh wake-up call. He might not agree to support this, but we’re not positive.

When Victor discovers what Victoria has done and threatens to remove her from her CEO position, Victoria may find her job in jeopardy. Of course, he would need to locate a replacement, and for a while, who could be better than himself? Exactly why not? He needs to do something because he has been bored and watching everyone else’s existence for a while.

Of course, Victoria is not going to give in so easily; she will fight her father for the job and find a justification for why she is the only person who can manage the business at the moment. He would undoubtedly also want Nate fired, so Victoria would go into defense mode and try her hardest to keep Nate on staff.

Nate would find himself in a dreadful situation where he could be forced to do things he didn’t want to. He is, as we all know, just Victoria’s puppet. A sweet little messenger who will kiss her in the workplace. But all of that might collapse in an instant!

This would completely crush Victoria and any hopes she has of the future. We all know she wants to emulate her father, but if she were to take this big of a shot now, it would take her forever to regain her name.

That said, there might be a moment in the future when Victoria finally realizes that she has had enough of her father and goes against him. This will be a momentum-changing event, of course, that is probably still a long way off.
