The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will push Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) buttons. He might not give up on getting Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) back now that she’s having his baby.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Already Has One Child

Adam is keenly aware that his brother is already raising one of his children-his son with Sage Newman, (Kelly Sullivan) and Christian Newman (Alex Wilson). He tried to get custody back a few years ago when he first returned to town from Las Vegas, Nevada when he recovered from his amnesia. But he failed to get his son back, and then gave up trying with Christian-to this day he may not even know Adam is his dad.

He doesn’t have full custody of his son Connor Newman either, but at least he has a relationship with him. He can’t say the same thing about Christian, and he wants to be a father to his baby with Sally-and he wants her back as well.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Adam Newman’s Still In Love With Sally Spectra

Adam’s definitely still in love with Sally whether she claims to be in love with him too, but she seems to be pushing her love down instead of killing it. Neither Nick nor Sally has said those three little words to each other out loud and Adam’s sure of it. No one knows Adam like Sally and no one knows Sally like Adam-Adam is sure of that. She claimed that last night with him, supposedly was goodbye and it meant nothing-but she’s trying too hard to convince him, and that means she’s still trying to convince herself. Adam decides he needs to convince his brother to let her go, and starts pushing his buttons about Sally still loving him, not Nick.

She’s Not Serious About You, Man

Adam knows he’s taking a risk breaking the tenuous bond he and Nick have by what he plans to do-but he knows deep down Nick isn’t a player. His relationships are always serious and his heart is always involved whether he wants to admit it or not. Nick is one of the most traditional Newmans in spite of his upbringing with their father being divorced and married to many, many women-including Nick’s first wife.

Adam goes to Nick and tries to convince him that he knows Sally deep down, a lot better than he does. There’s a reason for her wanting to take things very, very slow, and avoiding any discussion of marriage; she’s not in love with Nick, she’s still in love with him.
