He has already wasted so much precious time worrying about getting back at Sonny instead of spending it with the people who matter the most to him. Maybe this isn’t what he wants after all.

Michael might not be interested in seeing this thing through, but Dex sure is. In the time since he came to Port Charles, he has found himself immersed in a romantic relationship with Michael’s little sister, Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy), and he’s not willing to part ways with that now. Knowing that he cannot possibly have a real relationship with Joss as long as he’s working for Sonny, and that quitting the business is easier said than done, the only safe path Dex sees to being Joss’ boyfriend is to make sure Sonny is locked up for good. The show must go on.
