Little People Big World Spoilers reveal that fans are wondering if the rumors about Caryn Chandler quitting the show are true. Rumors suggest that Caryn decided to quit because of all of the drama surrounding Matt Roloff’s decision to sell the farm.
Despite her relationship with Matt, Caryn has tried for years to steer clear of the family drama surrounding the Roloffs. Unfortunately, when Caryn chose to get involved with the negotiations over the sale of the family farm, fans began to question her position. Long-time viewers know that Caryn managed that farm for years.
After Matt and Amy Roloff’s divorce, Matt and Caryn began dating. However, Caryn made a point to try to stay out of the family drama. It was when Matt chose to involve Caryn in the negotiation with his children over the farm that both fans and the family saw a problem. Roloff farms was a family establishment and many felt that Matt should have handled his children’s bids on his own.
Matt has been adamant in his arguments that he never said any of his children would inherit the family farm. However, two of Matt’s children submitted bids for a piece of the farm and were rejected. Both Zach Roloff and Jeremy Roloff wanted a piece of the farm to keep in their family and run as their own. Zach was especially upset when Matt invited Caryn to sit in on the negotiations.
Matt’s refusal of both of his boys’ bids is what ultimately lead to this family feud that is still going on today. Zach wanted to raise his children on Roloff farms but has been forced to Washington where he bought a farm of his own to raise his children. Zach has never forgiven the fact that he sees Matt as being money hungry instead of wanting to keep the farm in the family.
Fans feel that Caryn may have quit the show after this past season because of the family drama. Zach put a lot of blame on Caryn for the way things worked out over the farm and even cut her off from his children. According to The Sun, Matt would love to keep doing the show but if he does, it will be without Caryn who is done after this last season.
Caryn has been involved with the farm since 2006 but that doesn’t mean she has to be in the spotlight. Caryn can stand by Matt offscreen and stay out of the drama. So far, there is no word on whether there will be a new season or not, but if there is, Caryn most likely will not be involved if the rumors of her departure are true.
