General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has just spilled the tea to her aunt, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Liesl is now acutely aware of just how upset Nina is, and how much she longs for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to have to pay for what she has done. But there is more that lurks beneath the surface of Nina’s malcontent and solemn demeanor. She wants a relationship with her surprise daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), more than anything. When Liesl sets out on a mission to figure out what it is that Carly is hiding, she’s going to end up with a lot more leverage than she bargained for, and Nina won’t wait to use it against her.

Liesl doesn’t know what she’s going to find when she goes digging into Carly’s personal life, but she’s certain whatever it is will help her bring some semblance of resolution and revenge into the picture for her niece. Nina needs to feel heard and validated in her feelings. She wants justice and fairness. An eye for an eye is most certainly a position Liesl is comfortable with. However, when she finds out Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) have been hiding the truth about their relationship because they don’t want to fan the flames that suggest they were involved in insider trading, she will be salivating over the news as she brings it back to Nina.

General Hospital Updates – Nina Reeves Has Carly Spencer Over A Barrel

Nina will make good use of the information her Aunt Liesl has managed to unearth. While Liesl is jumping at the chance to put Carly in jail, Nina will tell her to hold off on that. She has other plans in mind, and she wouldn’t want to jeopardize Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or his children by putting Carly at serious risk that way.

However, Carly doesn’t have to know that. When Nina targets Carly and plans to use the information she has gleaned in order to manipulate Carly, the house of cards is going to come tumbling down. In Nina’s mind, she thinks she can get Carly to help her get back into Willow’s good graces. Nina figures she can reason with Carly that she will keep her secret only if she helps her secure a place back in her daughter and grandchildren’s lives. This isn’t going to pan out the way she had hoped.

Sonny Corinthos And Willow Tait Learn The Truth

Little does Nina know, Sonny is already aware of Drew and Carly’s relationship — as well as why they’re keeping it on the down low. He just never looped Nina in. Likewise, Michael and Willow also already know the truth, and are well aware of the reasons for keeping their new romance hush because of Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) threat. When Carly runs back to Sonny and Michael to alert them about what Nina attempted to do, it’s going to blow up in a big way. You don’t want to miss this.
