Days Of Our Lives Comings And Goings: Three Big Stars Set To Leave Salem

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) comings and goings reveal a mass exodus of sorts from Salem. Two of Sami’s kids are set to leave town, and one will take a significant other with them.

DOOL Comings And Goings – Lindsay Arnold Is Out

After joining the soap in 2020 right before the pandemic began, Lindsay Arnold is leaving the role of Allie Horton behind. There is no word on whether this was DAYS’ idea or Arnold’s but it seems as though Allie has been written into a corner. She threw away a relationship with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) to be with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), and then threw that away too when she slept with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

When Chanel learns that Allie betrayed her, there looks to be no coming back from that. Will Allie just take her son (who we never see) and leave town to start anew or will she fight for Chanel for a little while before finally giving up? We do know that Arnold has already wrapped taping, but with the filming schedule for this soap being months ahead, we can still see Arnold as Allie for a few months longer.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Farewell To Sonny Kiriakis And Will Horton Once Again

DAYS fans are no strangers to Sonny Kiriakis and Will Horton coming and going from Salem and this time they will be going. Chandler Massey just returned as Will but it looks like that return was to usher out Zach Tinker’s Sonny.

After trusting Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and nearly throwing away his marriage for Leo, Sonny now knows the era of his ways. When Will decides he is going to return to Hollywood for the screenplay and movie he is working on, Sonny surprises Will and tells him he is going to go with him this time. There is no reason for him to stay in Salem at this moment and he misses his husband and their life together.

Something tells us that Sonny and Will will make it back to Salem again, as they often do when characters are rotated in and out, but for now they are gone. In Arnold’s case, we can’t be sure that she will return. While Allie is a legacy character who is sure to be seen again, she might not be played by Arnold next time around.
