The Young And The Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that James Hyde will be sticking around Genoa City as Jeremy Stark longer than he originally thought. Hyde says his social media is blowing up and he loves it.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – James Hyde’s Fan Love Jeremy Stark

The Young and The Restless spoilers indicate that Hyde admits that his fans are very loyal to all of his soap roles including Passions, Another World, and As The World Turns. People are loving Jeremy and how he has stirred things up and they want more. Hyde cannot be more grateful for the response that this new character is getting.

Hyde says Y&R had been waiting for a role for him for some time, then this short-term role as Jeremy came along. According to his first email, it was for one show and they didn’t know anything else after that. Hyde jumped at the chance since it was a new character. Hyde says all he knew was the character was reoccurring but now they have put him out there and fans are enjoying him.

The Young And The Restless Updates –  James Hyde Credits His Co-stars

James says he has to credit his co-stars for the development of this character. Hyde thoroughly enjoys working with Susan Walters (Diane Jenkins), Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott), and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Hyde admits that an actor is only as good as their scene partners and these three have been great to work with.

Hyde feels that these actors have upped the ante so to speak and he is doing his best to keep up with them. Of course, Jeremy came to town because Phyllis called him and now Diane is trying to play him as Jack tries to pay him off. Later on, it seems that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will join in the fun as well.

Working On A Day To Day Basis

Hyde admits that right now things are on a day-to-day basis but he is hopeful that the character may stick around. At first, Jeremy was all about the money, however, Jeremy turned down Jack’s offer to cover that debt. Is Jeremy holding out for more or is there another reason that he wants to stick around town?

Hyde has some more scenes coming up but he isn’t sure where this is going. Could Jeremy stay in town and become a competition for Diane’s affection? Perhaps Jeremy and Phyllis will hook up to spite Jack and Diane. James says he has worked very hard on this character and for now he is content to just enjoy the ride.
