The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers say that if there’s one person who is going to be seeing a whole lot of changes in this fictional town of Los Angeles, it’s most definitely Thomas Forrester. In fact, all signs point to the fact that 2023 will signify some major changes, and if not the end for the handsome Forrester son. Here’s why.

Apparently, a lot of B&B fans are none too pleased over the fact that Thomas is now going back to his evil, manipulative ways with Hope Logan. Just when you thought he had turned a corner in his life, it looks like the writers are making him evil again. But does Thomas even deserve this?

Well, yes. For the longest time, Thomas was trying to hide the fact that he put the voice-changing app that he used to disguise himself as Brooke on Douglas’ phone. While some people think it’s quite odd that Thomas used his son’s phone instead of just downloading the app to his own phone, the fashion designer is now going to do whatever it takes to make sure that his little secret never sees the light of day. But then it did, of course.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – What’s Next For Thomas Forrester?

Thomas has also been trying hard to do things right for the sake of his son, Douglas. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that even though he wants Douglas back in his life again, he also understands why he and his son needed the time apart. Matthew Atkinson told Soap Opera Digest, “Thomas sees what everyone else in his family sees, that he needed space to deal with things, and now it’s a different situation. He has moved on, and Thomas is missing his son and wants him back. He doesn’t want to rip him out of his home, but Thomas feels he needs to be a father again.”

And of course, he might still have an Emma dilemma. While on the Bold Live show with The Bold and the Beautiful supervising producer Casey Kasprzyk, a caller asked why Thomas didn’t get prosecuted for chasing Emma (Nia Sioux) and perhaps causing her fatal crash. Matthew put it this way, “In that situation, they definitely never made it clear of whether Thomas pushed her off the cliff or if she drove off the cliff because Thomas was chasing her and then she just lost control of her car. Yeah, but at the same time, you’re right and it would be interesting, especially in the future, if that came back on Thomas to bite him in the butt.”
