General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Liesl Vows Vengeance For Britt’s Death

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) isn’t going to rest until someone pays for taking the life of her sweet daughter, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), far too soon. Recently, we saw Liesl trying to take Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) life — until she discovered Esme was expecting her own bundle of joy. That realization held Liesl back from doing Esme in at the time, but it stung, even more, to think Esme would be welcoming her own child soon while Liesl is destined to say goodbye to her own. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) stormed in just in time to put a halt to all of it, but Liesl isn’t done yet. She’s going to see to it that someone pays for their crime, but will she target the right person?

General Hospital Spoilers — Her Relationship With Scott May Be At Risk

Liesl knows she’s going to need help if she aims to take Esme out while not paying any penalty for it. Of course, if she has to go to prison for the rest of her life in the name of avenging her sweet Britta’s death, she would, but she would also prefer not to. The compromising position Nina caught her in last week has left its mark on Liesl and made her realize she shouldn’t be so careless in pursuing the person who killed her daughter. When it comes time to take them out, perhaps she should leave that to a professional who isn’t emotionally invested in the cause. She obviously can’t lean on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for that kind of favor, given that he is now Nina’s beau, so she just might lean on the last person she ever thought she would call on again — Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy).

General Hospital Updates – Heather Webber Will Hide Out For Some Time

Heather Webber (Alley Mills) is the real perpetrator here, obviously. She nicked Britt with her hook and left her poisoned and poised for death. She’s also the last person anyone will come looking for, given that she is locked up at Spring Ridge. It’s a dangerous move to assume any prisoner in Port Charles is truly off limits in the prosecution of a crime, but no one has worried about Heather in years. That being said, if the police keep eyeing Esme for the crime, Heather could confess soon just to take the heat off of her daughter. Will Liesl buy it?

Liesl Comes Unhinged

Whether it’s Esme, Heather, or someone else entirely, Liesl could take advantage of Victor’s help in a weak moment. He would certainly relish any opportunity to get Liesl back into his arms, and getting back into her good graces is the first step to that. Of course, it may bode well for Victor to encourage Liesl’s belief that Esme is The Hook because he also wants her out of the picture.
