Little People, Big World spoilers reveal that Matt Roloff has really been pushing the rental of the Roloff mansion and farmhouse. He has been promoting it all over his Instagram account. He has even mentioned that now he is working with iTripVacations in order to get it rented out for fans who want to know how it feels to stay there. There has been some interest in it, but it looks as if Matt has a lot of rules about staying on the property that has fans curious as to why anyone would pay to stay there.

Little People Big World Spoilers – Rent The House For Three Nights

With many vacation rentals, Matt has some very high prices for his farmhouse. The prices in December range from $570 to $1,924 a night. However, there is a minimum of a three-night stay for those who want to rent it out. He has told his fans that this is a short-term rental, but fans were shocked to see that the rates are incredibly high.

What is included in a stay at the property? Renters will have access to all six bedrooms, five baths, and a full kitchen. There can be up to sixteen guests at the house at one time. The home has been renovated and includes average-height shelves as well as lower-height shelves. The furniture in the home is all original from what fans have seen on every episode of the show. When fans rent the property, they will also find the game room that contains a ping pong table, foosball table, and cornhole. There is also a covered patio with a fire table for their use.

When the property is rented out, Matt has very strict rules for its use. He requires a three-night stay for anyone who wants to rent it and there are a lot of special amenities that will be off-limits. The use of the Castle, Western Town, and other features of the farm is not included in the stay. There is a hot tub on the listing, but according to Matt, it is off-limits as well. The pool on the listing is off-limits until the summertime too.

Fans are confused as to why anyone would want to pay that much money for a rental when they can’t even be a part of the fun amenities that are on the farm. It seems pointless to rent the mansion and not get a chance to see what the entire farm has to offer. Hopefully, Matt will find some takers soon enough.
